Add a field to identify Cloud/DC licenses related via dual licensing

      Background

       Atlassian allows partners with an app available for Server/Data Center and Cloud to join the dual licensing program. Customers can purchase an annual cloud subscription while their existing Data Center subscription can be extended for up to one year at a 100% discount.

       Suggestion

       Provide partners with a field that links the Cloud and the Server/DC licenses, which are related via dual licensing.

       This will give partners a reliable way to understand which customers are migrating from platforms while also allowing partners to easily associate Cloud to DC subscriptions.
