Forge installation from Marketplace failing when the Staging version of the app is already installed

      Issue Summary

      When installing a Forge app from Marketplace, the message

      We're seeing double!
      This app is already added to Jira.

      will appear.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install a Staging version of a Forge app via the CLI
      2. Install the same app via Marketplace

      Expected Results

      The app installs without issue.

      Actual Results

      We see the message

       

      Workaround

      Uninstall the Staging version of the app, and then try installation again.
