Have an event available for when the app is installed

      Issue Summary

      Regarding the context of when an App is installed, it would be beneficial for app developers to have an event sent from the Marketplace for certain actions, e.g. when the trial license is activated, plugin purchase, new trial license generated, and plugin re-purchase.
