Implement confirmation prompt for review submission on "Manage Apps" page

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Marketplace: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On the instance, navigate to the More > Apps > Manage your apps page.
      1. Click on an installed app, open drop-down
      1. Locate the “Rate and review” panel
      1. Click on any of the four stars and the rating is saved without any requests

      Expected Results

      The user should be prompted to confirm the review by clicking "Leave Review" or through a confirmation dialog.

      Actual Results

      The review is submitted immediately without any additional confirmation steps.

      Users may accidentally submit reviews without intending to, leading to potential inaccuracies in app ratings and user frustration.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
