The invoice shows the previous owner as the vendor in the invoice after app transfer.

Not able to reproduce

Expected Results

After an app transfer, the previous owner should not see new invoices for the transferred app

Actual Results

The previous owner is seeing invoices for the transferred app created after app transfer.
