Inconsistency in App install lifecycle and logging

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Customers are sometimes unable to install the app and start a trial and the failures are inconsistent.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227275/skills-for-jira-enterprise-edition?hosting=cloud&tab=overview and hit the "Try it free" button
      2. Select a target Jira Cloud Site
      3. Continue the install process

      Tried both on existing and pristine sites.

      Expected Results

      • The app should get installed successfully and remain installed

      Actual Results

      • The process is quite unstable and intermittent.
      • Some of the times it gets installed but then un-installs itself,
      • Other times it appears to be installed but does not work,
      • In some of the case it works as desired.
      • The install logs are not meaningful enough to track down the root cause

      Workaround

      Keep on trying the install process
