When Partner contact changes the partner org, they are unable to see the page they have access to, instead, they are always taken to the /addons page, which they may not have access.
There are 2 required changes -
We need to fix the vendor selection navigate to direct to /vendors/<vendorID> instead from /vendors/<vendorID>/addons
also refetch the permissions for the vendor (we we are not doing currently on vendor change)
