Issue Summary
Third-party apps installed on the cloud environments automatically get updated. However, some need a manual prompt from admins to progress. The documentation states notifications are sent, but the customer doesn't get it at times.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install a third party app
- Once an update has arrived, check if it fails for approval from the admin
- Check for any notifications received.
Expected Results
The auto-update should work, or the notifications should have been sent.
Actual Results
No notification being sent.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
