Migrating with app workflow or custom fields are shown as Unsupported in pre and port migration report

      Issue Summary

      Jira Cloud Migration Assistant's pre migration and post migration report displays the app workflow rules and custom fields as unsupported, even though the app workflow rules and custom fields are migrated successfully.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an app for Jira that has custom workflow rules and custom fields
      2. Using Discoverable Listener, populate the getSupportedWorkflowRuleMappings() and getSupportedCustomFieldMappings()
      3. Do a migration with the app

      Expected Results

      App workflow rules and custom fields that will be migrated should not appear as `Unsupported` entities in the pre and post migration reports

      Actual Results

      App workflow rules and custom fields that are migrated successfully are still reported as "Unsupported" in the pre and post migration reports

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.

            This is now fixed for JCMA versions 1.12.3 and above
