In CCMA, users are getting Migrated as “Former user (deleted)”

Issue Summary

We have noticed an issue with User Migration with CCMA 3.2.7 version. After the Migration with CCMA, all the users are shown as “Former user (deleted)” on confluence cloud UI.

This can happen to any CCMA version above 3.2.3 using Confluence server version 5.10 -> 6.13

Steps to Reproduce

Do a simple confluence migration with CCMA v3.2.7 from Confluence server version 5.10 -> 6.13. The users will be migrated with Former User (Deleted) instead of original user names.

There are currently at least 10 tickets with similar symptoms. 

This has not been fixed.

Expected Results

After Migration, all users should be migrated with correct names.

Workaround

The current workaround is to use an older version of CCMA by using the dark feature.

1.  Uninstall the current version of CCMA and install 3.2.3 from the following page:
   CCMA All Version
2. Enable the following dark features on the confluence server:

   migration-assistant.disable.app-outdated-check
