Mappings are not available when migrating with CCMA on certain cloud sites

Issue Summary

When using Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate from server to cloud, on some specific cloud sites, we consistently find page mappings are missing.

This does not happen on all cloud sites, but is reproducible on the ones that do fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate with CCMA from Server to Cloud
2. Make a request for mappings for confluence:page

Expected Results

Paginated mappings return as expected.

Actual Results

No mappings are returned.

Workaround

We have a current workaround for this: if you are having this issue with a specific cloud site please open a support ticket, reference this ticket (MIG-768) and request support to update the feature flags to allow for the correct mappings to be provided.
