Users not contributed to spaces are checked when using option Only users related to the selected spaces.

Issue Summary

When using CCMA - option Only users related to the selected spaces , the invalid email address and Multiple users have same email address checks are also been carried out for users who are not contributed to spaces.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tested with CCMA version 3.20
2. Created two users with same email address and a user with invalid email address.
3. The newly created users did not contribute to any of the spaces.
4. Created a migration plan and during check for errors , the invalid email address
   and the Multiple users having same email address checks are still carried out for the users who did not contribute to any of the spaces. 
    

Expected Results

• The invalid email address and Multiple users having same email address checks should not be done for users not contributed to any space as we have selected the option Only users related to the selected spaces 

Actual Results

• We noticed that the users not contributed to any space being checked.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
