CCMA should warn the admin about potential performance issues when using H2 embedded database

H2 databases are not supported as production ready database for Confluence Server see this documentation

At a minimum, CCMA should warn an admin that performance can greatly suffer when it detects an H2 database as the source db to run a given migration with CCMA.
