Support migration for Numbered Headings from Server/DC to Cloud

    Description

      We make use of Macro's and Content Properties. If those two things get copied we can do a 1 on 1 migration for Numbered Headings. We currently have a feature called Page numbering which is on only on Server but for which we ware almost ready to release a beta version for Cloud.
