Show the number of spaces that failed to migrate after a migration plan completes

At the moment, it just shows that the plan failed and an admin has to manually scan the list of spaces to spot he failures. This is especially time consuming when you have hundreds of spaces to migrate

Add a more robust summary of the migration plan that includes additional details such as number of spaces that failed.
