Improve the order in which CCMA processes spaces

With the new user interface changes in CCMA e.g. version 3.1.7, the order in which spaces process do not seem to have a set order (e.g. alphabetical). This makes it hard for admins to visually inspect space progress, especially when migrating hundreds of spaces.
