Downloads are failing for very large backups for customers

      Summary

      After generating a backup in JIRA Cloud, if the backup file is huge and takes longer than 10 minutes, the download might fail randomly.

      Steps to Replicate

      1. Generate a backup in Cloud.
      2. Download the backup file

      Expected Result

      The download should proceed until it finishes.

      Current Result

      The download will end randomly and the backup file size is not downloaded fully.

      The download dies before completing. Sometimes it looks like it finished successfully as it doesn't through an error in the browser while downloading but the download file isn't complete.
