Content properties not migrated correctly

Issue Summary

New migration code in Confluence Cloud has been found to not correctly import content properties. This leads to some functionality not appearing correctly (e.g., attachments on view page, inline comments).

Steps to Reproduce

1. CMAC migration

Expected Results

Content properties migrated correctly.

Actual Results

The underlying issue is that content properties for content imported in the new process did not correctly get associated back to the content itself. There is no actual loss of data (attachments, inline comments, etc), only a disconnect in metadata for the content (content properties not associated with their content id).

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
