Fixing links on Product Link Fix will not work if custom URL is activated

      Issue Summary

      Fixing links on Product Link Fix will not work if custom URL is activated and may error with "You need to be a product admin" in audit logs of link fix. Even if user performing fix is product admin on instance. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Activate customURL on Confluence 
      2. Try to use the Product Link fix

      Expected Results

      Link Fixing to work or should give info/warning/hint about customURL in use or link fix updates should work as expected.

      Workaround

      deactivate the custom URL for the product mentioned in the audit logs of Link Fixing
