Summary

After migrating to cloud via CCMA, there may be links to labels such as:
https://<conf.server.com>/labels/viewlabel.action?ids=<labelID>
https://<conf.server.com>/labels/viewlabel.action?ids=<labelID>

Post-migration, these links should be updated to the new hostname:
https://<cloudsite>.atlassian.net/labels/viewlabel.action?ids=<labelID>&key=<spaceKey>

Expected Results

The link should be updated to reflect the new base URL and label id when the pattern is found.

Actual Results

The link is ignored and not updated.
