      Issue Summary

      Some of the single-project boards are not visible in Jira Cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Only reproducible in customer instance

      Expected Results

      Single-project boards scoped should be migrated to the cloud

      Actual Results

      Boards are missing in the cloud.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
