Steps to Reproduce
- Perform an External System Import to a Category that is not create
- Import completes but Category won't show up in the drop down menu and the Category fields cannot be reused
Expected Results
The import is supposed to create the Category fields if they do not exist and allow those fields to be used

Workaround
Create the Category files before importing
