Description

Issue Summary

Cloud Migration assistant will fail to migrate users in the `confluence-administrators` group for some cloud sites where the `confluence-administrators` group has special sys_admin permissions.

Workaround

Remove all users from the confluence-administrators group in server and try the migration

Contact support to get the special permission fixed in your cloud site.
