Attachments time stamp date gets shifted when importing using the Cloud Assistant for Confluence

Issue Summary

Timestamps of attachments are not correctly migrated to the Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence server
2. Create content with attachments
3. Migrate those spaces to the Cloud
4. Check those attachments after the migration.

Expected Results

The timestamps would be correctly imported.

Actual Results

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround.
