Launching Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant 2.4.2 on MSSQL Server shows an error message

Issue Summary

The current Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant does not startup on Confluence instances with MSSQL Server

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have installed (or updated) Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant to version 2.4.2 on a server instance that uses MSSQL Server as database
2. Start up the Migration Assistant

Expected Results

To see the migrations dashboard

Actual Results

A System error message

Workaround

Request a custom ".jar" file from Atlassian support and perform an instance restart after it's installed.
