      Issue Summary

Desktop app noise filter setting incorrectly updates the Background noise filter settings in the Default video settings.

When the background noise filter is enabled in the desktop application for a recording, the change is unexpectedly persisted to the global default settings as well. This means a per-recording preference is affecting all future videos, which can alter user defaults without explicit intent and lead to confusing behavior.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Default video settings on your loom video player page.
      2. Locate the Background noise filter setting and mark it as a default while it is disabled.
      3. Enable Noise filter in the desktop application (Settings | Enhance | Noise filter).
      4. Record a video.
      5. Reopen the video settings and verify that the recording-specific setting is enabled.
      6. Open the Defaults video settings and observe that the default value has also been changed to enabled.

      Expected Results

do not change the 'default video settings'

      Actual Results
