Severity 3 - Minor
Issue Summary
When using the Loom Desktop App on Windows, selecting "Specific Window" mode on the first recording attempt causes the chosen browser window to be forced out of its maximised state and shrunk down to roughly 1/3rd of the screen. This results in an awkward, distorted view and disrupts the user's recording setup.
Environment:
- OS: Windows (Version: 10.0.26200){}
- App: Loom Desktop App
- Desktop App Version: 0.347.4
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Loom Desktop App on Windows.
- Select the "Specific Window" recording mode.
- Choose a browser window that is currently maximised.
- Observe the behaviour of the selected window.

Expected Results
The selected browser window should remain in its maximised state while the crop overlay appears, allowing the user to seamlessly record their content as displayed.
Actual Results
Upon selecting the window, the crop overlay forces the browser tab to shrink from maximised to approximately 1/3rd of the screen (minimised view). This creates a distorted layout and significantly impacts the recording experience.
