Change what videos are shared in the "Your Monthly Loom review" emails to only include those videos shared to the workspace or allow some functionality for workspace admins to determine whether videos shared with Anyone with the link are displayed in these monthly email digests.

Information about the Privacy of the Monthly Digest

• Content is only shared with people in your workspace

• Private videos are never included

• Only basic metadata (title, thumbnail, owner name/avatar) is shown

• No video content, transcripts, or viewer details are ever shown

When Your Content May Appear

• Public videos: Can be featured as workspace highlights

• Workspace videos: Can be featured if you're in the same workspace

• Your own videos: Always eligible for your personal digest

What's Never Shared

• Private videos

• Actual video footage or transcripts

• Specific viewer information
