Issue Summary
When create issue by inline issue create, if user enters the issue summary in Japanese and hits Return key to convert characters from Hiragana to Kanji, the system creates the issue in the midway.
This issue occurs on JWM Board, list and timeline.
Ex:
User wants to enter issue summary as "不具合の報告"
User enter the characters "ふぐあいの"(Hiragana of "不具合の"), convert it to Kanji "不具合の" and hit return key to determine the conversion.
The issue created with issue summary "不具合の"
Also, entered characters remain in Create issue text box after the issue created.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
