Unable to transition an issue through drag and drop in a Company-managed JWM board when there are multiple transitions to the same status

      Issue Summary

      Unable to transition an issue through drag and drop in a Company-managed JWM board when there are multiple transition statuses within the same column.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Work Management (Company-Managed) project
      2. Modify the workflow such that there are multiple transitions from one status to another
        • Example: Status In Progress has an Allow all statuses to transition to this one, and also a simple transition from To Do to In Progress. 
      3. Drag a Jira issue from any column and drop it under any other column.

      Expected Results

      The status transition is successful via the board drag and drop.

      Actual Results

      The transition is not performed and the Jira card falls back to the source column

      Workaround

      Transition the issue via the Jira issue view: click on the issue and transition that from the status button.

            Hi,

            I just wanted to add that this bug also affects team-managed Jira Work Management projects in our Jira instance.

            And this bug also prevents users from creating new issues by clicking the "+ Create" button at the bottom of each columns. They can create issues only by clicking the white "Create" button on the top of the screen.

            It has a significant impact on users productivity.

            So, so far I'm waiting for the solution to fix the BUG and this is generating a lot of complaints in my company, why people can't move the cards through the quick board, in the link you shared for me, to be waiting for the publication of the version, but so far nothing, if you can charge this it will help a lot. I see that it is an issue that affects other jira sites and I believe that the impact should be very high for other customers
