When disable subtask at setting, but user can create subtask on JWM team-managed project

      Issue Summary

      When disable subtask on site, user can create subtask on Jira work management project(team-managed).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Jira Settings > [Issues] > [Sub-tasks] > disable Sub-tasks(turn off)
      2. create Jira work management, team-managed project
      3. open project > create parent(Story, Task, etc)
      4. open parent issue > [Add a child issue] > can create subtask

      Expected Results

      can't create subtask

      • don't appear [Add a child issue] in issue view
      • don't appear "+" select [Add subtask] at List view.

      Actual Results

      the user can create by clicking [Add a child issue], and can "+" select [Add subtask] at List view.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            Hello,

            It is the expected behaviour that the global administration subtask toggle does not apply to Team Managed Projects, only Company Managed Projects.

            We will be updating the Jira Cloud documentation to further clarify this.
