Ability to add/remove features in Company-managed Projects

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, Jira admins are unable to remove some of the features that they do not want their users to see on Company-managed projects.

      For example, in the JWM Business project, the Forms feature is always visible to everyone who has access to the project and there is no way to hide or remove it. Which causes confusion to some users if they are not aware of how to utilize the feature.

      This feature is already available on the Team-managed projects where you can toggle it on or off for its features.

      Please consider adding this feature to Company-managed projects for our customers.

            Hey everyone! I’m excited to share that project admins can now tailor the navigation in their Jira business projects (formerly known as Jira Work Management) to better suit your team’s unique needs. Admins are now able to:

            • Set the default view for the project
            • Remove a tab from the project view navigation
            • Reorder the tabs

            Check out our latest community article for more details.

            As a result, we will be closing this ticket. Please feel free to share any feedback in the comments or the community article as these changes gradually rollout to your projects.
