No just send a request here: Personal licence request

This way they will be able to reply to you with a Personal licence.

I changed greenhopper 3.3 to 3.4 and asked for a licence. And I got it. But on try to upload this licence I got the message:

Invalid Licence

A trial license was already installed.
If you need an extension please feel free to contact us.

Perhaps I have to uninstall GH before?

Use the email for that matter in the second table of this page:
http://www.greenpeppersoftware.com/confluence/display/GH/Plugin

The licence will be in a reply to your mail.

This was Fixed, but you will need to request for a personal licence.
The System that we tried in the previous version was not full proof.
We had to build a new licence type.
