Time Estimate auto-calculation via Quick Filters on the Scrum Plan Mode

The explanation to this suggestion is mentioned like the following:

You have small team (6 - 8 persons). This team has sprint, but you do not want define sprint for each person. However, you need to know how much work (in time) is planned for each person in that team. When Issues are inserted to sprint, the values in current version of fields is calculated for all persons.

It would be great to have dynamically recalculation of these values on activating quick filter OR when quick filter is activated show just 3 new fields with "Not Started, In Progress and Done" which show times only of filtered issues.

In the long run, this will be a helpful feature for those who make use of Estimation Statistic of Original Time Estimate, even Story Points for that matter whereby the usage of Quick Filters is making the estimation easier to calculate and to view.
