Cannot open attachment with space in filename from Plan Mode

Issue has attachment with space in filename.

Opening this attachment from issue screen works correctly (redirection to address myjirainstance/secure/attachment/10326/Forward%20balances.xls)

Opening from Plan Mode doesn't convert space to %20 and causes 404 error (redirection to myjirainstance/secure/attachment/10326/Forward+balances.xls)

I had the same problem, but we fix this.

On our Jira server we have also an IIS with a reverse proxy. In the reverse proxy configuration you need to enable double escaping. This fixed the problem for us. I think that's why it doesn't appear on every server and can't always reproduce the problem.

I hope my solution will help.

            Greetings

I've just upgraded JIRA Agile to 6.6.13 version.

If some issue has attachment with space in filename (some attachment.txt) and attachment is accessed from Planning Board, the link is converted to "[server name]/secure/attachment/[number]/some+attachment.txt".

And here starts the funny story: on one Windows server this link (some+attachment.txt) works correctly, on second server this link goes to 404 webpage. Maybe it's the reason why in your case it works correctly.

stanislaw.matczak and maperez, are you still able to to reproduce this problem? We are not able to reproduce on the latest JIRA Agile (6.6.51).

Also what is the version of JIRA you are using?
