Specific permission to add an issue to a Sprint (or remove an issue from a Sprint)

Atlassian Update – 19 November 2018 Hi everyone, Thanks for your interest in this issue. We do understand the need to control the scope of an active sprint and this suggestion is considered a potential addition to our longer-term roadmap.
