When attempting to create a quick filter or swimlane using a query which evaluate whether a label IS NOT a particular string it fails to work yet a query evaluating weather a label IS equal to a string does work.

EX:

labels = DEV works
labels != DEV does not work

Is it possible to use labels this way?
