As a devops team we have about 5 different ticket types each with their own associated workflow. We develop stuff, we fix stuff, we evaluate stuff, we help others etc etc. We don't want to use multiple boards because that defeats the purpose of having our work organized in one central place.
AFAIK there's only one web based board out there that supports per swim lane workflows and we have other reasons to not use it. So we're using a physical board.
We're discussing if we should start using Jira for trouble tickets. If it supported multiple workflows in the same board and we could use it for all of our work, this would make our decision much easier.
