Steps to replicate

1. Ensure that the Issue View is using the List view
2. Configure the card style to include the Assignee
3. Once clicked to inline edit the Assignee, clicking somewhere else causes the edit box to remain in the edit mode. Refreshing the page renders it normal again.
4. In addition to that, the drop-down list of Assignee is partially visible
