My company is about to buy Jira (i am currently evaluating), but shall i recommend it if you did not find the time to make this available on Kanban boards.
Why you make limitation? Please make only recommendations and give us the freedom to be as agile as we would like to be.

This would prove to be very useful for support team planning and tracking, as we are using this feature in our company at the moment.

Maybe providing a choice of which time tracking value to use for this? Something like Time Spent; which can be placed together with other fields in the Issue Detail View section of the Rapid Board configuration page.

It really makes sense for our team as well. having remaining time on the cards would be ideal as well.

We need to estimate issues in team, where Scrum board is not suitable. Only Kanban board can be used for team work.

+1 for an option to enable time tracking fields in the kanban board. I realize kanban de-emphasizes story estimation but having the ability to see and edit the time tracking fields in the board would enhance the usability of the board (i.e. less clicks to view/edit time tracking info)
