In different views, the assignee can be changed. E.g. in planning board,
List view. If i click in the field/area, where the assignee is in, this
area changes to edit mode. If i now click on the name (or the word
"unassigned") a drop down listbox shows up with a list of names.

If now, i click on a particular name, two things happen:
1. the screen scrolls to top of page. I manually have to scroll down to
the place, where i want to change the assignee.
2. The name, where i click on will NOT be copied to the assignee field
3. I have to click again on the name. Now it will be copied to the
assignee field.

Please fix this issue.

Note- this mostly happens for issues (like more then 20) in one sprint.
