Using the 'escape' key to close dialogs on the Rapid Board Welcome Mat makes 'Frother' control disappear

1. Open Rapid Board Welcome Mat (go to RapidStart.jspa if you have already seen it)
2. Open the Find Existing Rapid View dialog
3. Click 'Cancel' link to close
4. Re-open the dialog
   • Notice that the Frother control is rendered as expected
5. Now, use the Escape key to close the dialog
6. Re-open the dialog
   • Notice that the Frother control has now disappeared

This happens for both the Find an Existing RV and Create a New RV dialogs, but it does not happen for the Create a New Project dialog.

Perhaps ask Scott to help investigate, though Andreas doesn't think it is a known issue.

Problem affects all browsers.
