Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new SCRUM project
2. Click on the Issues , Releases , Reports or Components tab on the right hand side tab.
3. Click on the board drop down list > Create board
4. In the Pop up message, choose "Create a Scrum board" > "Board created with a new Software project" and Jira does nothing

Expected Results

Jira should have routed to the "New Project with board" page after clicking "Board created with a new Software project" button.

Actual Results

Jira does nothing after clicking "Board created with a new Software project" button in the Issues tab.

Workaround

Click Backlog or Active Sprints to create a board.
