Issue Summary
The data table is not programmatically defined.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Plans" dropdown and select any plan.
- Navigate to the data table using screen reader.
- Ensure that table is not being announced.

Actual Results
The content such as "Issue", "Status", "Assignee" and so on is visually presented as a data table but not marked-up as table programatically. As a result, screen reader users will find it difficult to understand the content structure.
Expected Results
Utilized table mark-up, such as <table>, <tr>, <th>, <td>, and so on to present the content as a data table.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
