Issue Summary

The interactive elements such as the "Reset" buttons, "blocks (about -2 months)" buttons, and links such as "SCRUM-1", "SCRUM", and so on, do not follow logical tab order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Accessibility Assessment | Dependencies Report" page.
2. Navigate to the mentioned elements using Tab and observe that the tabbing order is not following the visual order.

Actual Results

The tabbing order does not follow the visual order of the elements. The interactive elements receive the keyboard focus in the following illogical order:

1. "Fit" button
2. “Reset” button.
3. "blocks (about -2 months)" button.
4. "SCRUM-1", and "SCRUM" links are present within the "Blocks" non-modal dialog.
5. "SCRUM-1" link which is present in the main content.

This illogical tabbing order will create confusion for keyboard-only users.

Expected Results

The tabbing order of the interactive elements should be correct and logical for users when navigating using a Tab key with a keyboard.

Place the content of the webpage in the correct sequence in the source code as it appears visually. Move the content in the page source in the mentioned order to ensure that the content is available in the correct order. CSS can be used to maintain the presentation of the page.

The interactive elements should receive the keyboard focus in the following logical order:

1. "SCRUM-5" link which is present in the main content.
2. "blocks (about -2 months)" button.
3. "SCRUM-1", and "SCRUM" links are present within the "Blocks" non-modal dialog ( NOTE: Only if "blocks (about - 2 month) button is activated )
4. "Fit" button.
5. "Reset" button

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
