Provide application events like issue change events for shared team operations

      Hi,

      we are integrating Portfolio and we would like to have application events for the whole team planning process.

      In our case this would mean to add events for the following cases:

      • add / remove / change a team
      • add / remove / change a resource
      • add / remove / change a person
      • add / remove / change an exception

      This is important to keep our planning in sync with Jira Portfolio
