Center panel in the planning board does not refresh properly if an issue has been updated so it does not meet context/filter criteria

Step to reproduce:
1) Set context to filter a specific assignee
2) Assign an issue to the filtered assignee

Expected: Board refreshes and do not display the updated issue
Seen: Boards still displays the issue
