Allow Programs in the new interface the ability to schedule based off roll up values

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

Currently, if I'm in a plan and utilize the rollup feature, I have to make sure to actually add the target and end dates (if that's what I'm using to schedule) in order to see these issues scheduled in a program. It would be neat if a program would attempt to auto-schedule based off rollups from lower hierarchy issues that would reflect in the Plan.
