We've added a shortcut to create new issues/cards when clicking on an issue type in the legend.
This works whenever the legend is visible (NB. and enabled?) and for all issue types that are not sub-tasks.
When available, hovering the legend item will change the cursor, the legend item's border-colour and also a tooltip will be displayed indicating "New card: Bug" for example. Additionally, a + icon will appear.
