Regression in Agile gadget: Selected Fixversion is ignored when clicking icon to view issues in issue navigator

The agile gadget has an icon to show all issues that match the selected project and version in the issue navigator. Clicking that icon however just brings you to all issues for the project that are not resolved. It ignores the selected version!!! This is a regression. e.g. The naviagtor query when I clicked that icon showed "project = 10001 AND NOT fixVersion is EMPTY" and what it should be is project = 10001 AND fixVersion = "38 - Early team"
